Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at NetBeez, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospects via telephone, social media, and other electronic means to sell the NetBeez product and services portfolio to new and current accounts. This will require:

  • Managing your individual quota while tracking and reporting your deals pipeline
  • Developing assigned focus accounts in a specific territory or vertical
  • Building a sales pipeline through execution of sales activities
  • Identifying customer trends and advise marketing to set up demand generation programs to address them
  • Generating and following up with marketing leads
  • Qualifying and converting marketing leads into sales opportunities to drive incremental business
  • Maintaining and enriching account data in Salesforce.com

Qualification and skills

To be considered for the Inside Sales Account Manager position, you'll possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of the sales process from lead management to closing business
  • Familiarity with account management for defined focus prospects
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain an open and honest communication with your team and management
  • Independence, yet a team player mentality
