Account Executive

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive that will join our inside sales team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, you will lead sales opportunities with prospects interested in evaluating and implementing NetBeez in their network. Account Executives discover and define prospects’ technical requirements, and work with the NetBeez internal team to define and implement a technical solution that will address prospects’ needs.

Responsibilities

The Account executive meets, and possibly exceeds, quarterly and annual sales quota. To meet this goal, it’s required to:

  • Engage via phone and email to cold and warm leads
  • Follow-up with inbound/marketing leads in a timely manner
  • Develop focus accounts in a specific territory or vertical
  • Build sales pipeline through execution of sales activities
  • Drive the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, evaluation, negotiations and closing
  • Become a product expert, learning about new features and use cases
  • Track and report the opportunities pipeline
  • Maintaining and enriching account data in the customer relationship management system
  • Identifying customer trends and advise marketing to set up demand generation programs to address them
  • Any other duties assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience with the sales process from lead management to closing business
  • Familiarity with account management for defined focus prospects
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain an open and honest communication with your team and management
  • Independent, yet a team player mentality
